On Tuesday April 7, 1998 at 9:00 AM, I was given an opportunity to photograph Saugus Center and beyond from the highest point on the Saugus Town Hall. I want to extend a sincere "Thank you" to Kevin Nigro for facilitating this.
I grew up on Parker Street, in the shadow of Town Hall and I'd always wanted to get up in the tower to enjoy the view. Now I am pleased to be able to share the view with the residents of Saugus.
