If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer to view images,
turn automatic image resizing off. Select "tools" from
the drop-down menu at the top, then Internet options, click the
advanced tab, scroll down to multimedia, uncheck the box beside
the words "enable automatic image resizing."
The black and white aerial photograph of Cliftondale Square seems to have been made in the early 1960's. Notice the vehicle styles and lack of traffic. An interesting item in the photograph (only visible in the larger version) is the ring of school children in the schoolyard at far left.
