Founders' Day 1998 T-Shirt Giveaway

We'll be giving away a limited number of T-shirts this Founders' Day in Saugus.

"How do I get one?"

It's really pretty simple. We'll have a representative walking through Founders' Day on September 12, 1998 at a few different times during the day. Find him, approach him, and say the password "swordfish". When he looks at you with confusion, tell him you want one of the free T-shirts. Be prepared to answer some Saugus.net trivia questions; you should study up by looking through the various Saugus.net web pages tonight! You'll only have to get one question right out of three, so it shouldn't be too hard anyway.

"How do I recognize the guy with the T-shirts?"

Well, he (or she) will be wearing a Saugus.net T-shirt himself (or herself). Unfortunately several other people there will be, too. In fact, winners are encouraged to wear their prizes right away to add to the general confusion. The official T-Shirt Dude will be carrying a briefcase. Note too that the title of T-Shirt Dude will probably be held by different people at different times during the day and the whole thing will stop when the T-shirts run out, so if you see the T-Shirt Dude, approach him or her right away.

"Is there anything else I should know?"

Not really; this whole thing is being done in a spirit of fun. If you're one of the lucky ones who manages to catch the T-Shirt Dude and win a T-shirt, wear it with pride and a sense of accomplishment at a job well done.
