It looks like the bill to reinstate net neutrality is (as of this writing) 46 votes short what is needed to pass through the House of Representatives. The Battle-for-the-Net folks have illustrated a breakdown of which way each Representative is leaning. We have been following this story for awhile now.
...there is a bit more activity there now as there is an organized attempt underway to restore it.
