Halloween Ghost Story Contest -- 1998

Here are the results for the Saugus.net 1998 Halloween Story Contest.

Each story was individually read by four judges. Each judge rated every story based upon the guidelines listed in the original rules. Finally, the judges all met and discussed all stories so picked, and eventually came up with the set you see here tonight.
