Some minor updates were made to the Saugus.net T-Shirts Information page today.

To all those out there actively trying to spam our Saugus Yard Sales calendar page -- please note that volunteer human moderators approve everything prior to it getting listed, and when there's as much snow on the ground as there is now yard sales tend not to be held. There's no point it trying to spam any of the indexes here, but some attempts are especially stupid.

The Educational Resources Information page was updated today.

The Saugus Area Entertainment, Recreation, & Sports Resources page was updated today.

The Saugus High School Alumni Association has asked us to spread the word that the e-mails that have been going around asking for money stating that the the Saugus Alumni Site will start charging an annual fee are not from them. It's a scam, so please stay well clear! The Saugus High School Alumni Association has no plans to ever start charging a fee for site access.

The Shining Stars Learning Center site was updated today.

The Newton's Library search facility has now also been upgraded.

We worked on the Saugus search facilities over the long weekend. They should be a bit better at returning results than before.

The Saugus.net office will be closed today for the holiday. As per usual individual pages within the site will continue to be updated.

Believe it or not, there are still some copies of the Saugus Historical Society's popular Historic Saugus Calendar for 2011 still available for free in the Saugus Town Hall and Saugus Public Library. If you've not yet gotten yours, you've still got a chance.

We've noticed that our local caching system has been misbehaving a bit lately, and consequently people don't always seem to be seeing the daily updates right away. We're looking into the problem.

Saugus.org was updated today.

The Saugus Area Non-Profit Organizations Information page was updated today.

Yet more titles added to Newton's Library over the weekend. There's still a little bit of a backlog of submitted books, so expect to see a few more added over the next week or two.

Things have been pretty quiet over at Newton's Library lately, but books have started to come in again and today saw the addition of a few new titles.

The Saugus.net T-Shirts Information page was updated to reflect the addition of a new color combination.

Copies of the 2011 Historic Saugus Calendar are still available for free at the Saugus Town Hall and other sites, but they're starting to run out. Don't forget to get one for your collection before they're gone.

We've taken a pass through and tried to fix all the 2011 events that were accidentally filed under 2010 in the Saugus calendar. However, we could have missed some. If you're not seeing some that you believe should be there, please let us know.
